Skillet Scallops, Garlic Gnocchi with Basil-Tomato Salad


Tonight’s dinner was an original Rugged Cook creation. I’m pretty proud of myself over this meal. Scallops are not always easy to cook, but I kicked the shit out of it tonight! This was some of my best work and I had to do some improvising as I cooked, but I think in general, more garlic is always ok.
