Brown Butter Crab Ravioli with Tomato Cream Sauce

Hey Rugged Cook Fans!!  This was the hardest dish to date.  There is a lot of prep that goes into this dish but the payoff is worth it.   The crab filling is on point.  The tomato cream sauce is amazing and the veggies are great.

The one lesson I learned from this dish is you need to either make fresh pasta or you need to boil the lasagna sheets first before attempting to make your ravioli.  Remember garlic is your friend!!!

I’m enjoying testing myself and learning on the way.   A nice Pinot or Syrah is great with this dish.  Keep your patience and you will enjoy this dish immensely!
