Wow!!! That’s all I can say! My favorite dish to eat so far. I love CHEESE and both of these dishes have both. The added cream cheese these a great creamy-cheesy texture.
I used my new grill to cook both dishes. No oven for these bad boys. The Grilled Corn had some great subtle heat. The Stuffed Mushroom was perfect. The key is to cook the mushroom 8 mins on 1 side add your stuffing and cook for another 12 mins. Also, keep the husks on the corn until you shave the kernels off. Have fun and enjoy!
