Chicken Cordon Bleu

I gotta toot my own horn over this one guys! I’ve always wanted to make this on my own, but too afraid to even attempt it. But today, I conquered it! The two key things to take away from this are:

1) Purchase or pound out your chicken breast to approximately 1/4″ high.

2) Cook for 22 minutes at 350°
