Garlic Brown Sugar Salmon with Tiny Twice Baked Potatoes

This was one of my favorite dishes to make.   You talk about tasty!!  I paired this with some twice baked red potatoes and a nice vinaigrette salad.

I pretty much followed the recipe except I added fresh garlic into the glaze.  I love cooking with garlic. So flavorful. I also added cheddar cheese instead of parmigiana to the potatoes.  Fun, tasty, and sexy!!  My beverage of choice for this is a Sweet Shiraz Wine.
